Floridians should try IRS’ free online tax filing

Unsurprisingly, Direct File is overwhelmingly popular. A massive 95% of Floridians support the IRS providing Direct File. It has been cheered by 99 members of Congress, 16 attorneys general, 134 leading experts on the U.S. tax system and 200 national, state and local organizations. Additional support for Direct File has come in the form of social media outreach by groups like Central Florida Jobs with Justice, Community Spring, Florida For All and Florida Rising.
